Expression Profiles (3) widget

Here we show the expression profiles of genes PIG1 (see the "Genome Map" widget) and PCL7 to demonstrate that these genes, although sharing the GO biological_process annotation, are not coexpressed. Comparison of the "Expression Profiles" and "Expression Profiles (3)" widgets graphs confirms that adjacent position, and not the functional relatedness, is the reason for coexpression in the case of CDC46 and PIG1 (see the "Genome Map" widget).
