Brief description:

With this data set we address the classification problem of distinguishing patients with breast cancer according to there response to neoadjuvant docetaxel treatment (patients can be resistant or sensitive to the treatment). The samples were obtained before treatment and the tumor response to neoadjuvant treatment was later assessed.

Diagnostic classes:

- resistant to docetaxel treatment (resistant): 14 examples (58.3%)

- sensitive to docetaxel treatment (sensitive): 10 examples (41.7%)

Predictive accuracy with 10-fold cross validation (classifying using the best projection with eight attributes):
