The Government should ensure that the Directory of Authorised Architects is permanently accessible on the websites of either the Chamber of Architecture and Planning of Slovenia or the State. Until recently, the directory was published on zaps.si, but at the moment, or for the third week, the information is not available, with the explanation that they are experiencing technical problems. I suspect that this is a cover-up or a concealment of public data, and there is probably no regulation obliging the Chamber to publish this data, or there is no basis for sanctioning them if they fail to do so, so I do not think that they will publish the directory on their own any more. However, it is necessary for the transparency of the State's action, because it is a directory of designers authorised by the State, which citizens have to find if they want to fulfil the obligations imposed on them by the State (it is a matter of obtaining building and occupancy permits).
