I would like to suggest that the National Archives of Slovenia, in the spirit of the times, redesign the applications or forms published on its website regarding the implementation of the Regulation on the Protection of Documentary and Archival Material in a way that is helpful to its clients, which is basically what they are intended to do. The annexes are as follows:
application for the retrieval of data from archival material;order form for the use of archival material;user's record sheet;record of the delivery and receipt of archival material;application for entry in the register of creators.
I would also suggest that consideration be given to whether all the annexes are necessary, and that it would be useful to make them available in electronic form.
