We propose to simplify the procedure for de-registering a person if he/she does not live at a given address.  
Waiting too long for a residence permit to be issued, which involves getting all the paperwork that foreigners have to bring from their home countries.
The legislation could be written in a way that is understandable at the level of an ordinary citizen, rather than sending questions to Ljubljana about the interpretation of the legislation because it is written in a way that is incomprehensible.
