The creditor has sent a bailiff to my house, the bailiff has impounded the vehicle I use to commute to work from one city to another, but now the registration has expired and the creditor refuses to give his consent to renew the registration. The agreement with the bailiff was to make instalment payments of a certain amount each month, but I have paid more than the agreed amount in the meantime. I know that I owe and I am paying it, but now that the creditor has not agreed to extend the registration I cannot go to work because there is no bus from one place to another and it is only for the morning shift, and I work one week in the afternoon and one week in the morning, and now because of this agreement I am going to lose my job for an indefinite period and become a social problem. The problem arises because the consent has to be certified. Why is it not so much just a consent written by the creditor and stamped?
