I suggest that you also supplement the legislation with a sanction on the issue of a building permit. The General Administrative Procedure Act stipulates that the administrative authority must issue a decision and serve it on the client no later than one month after receipt of a complete application. However, if a special determination procedure is required for the decision, the administrative authority must issue the decision no later than two months from the receipt of the complete application. However, there is no indication of the consequences for the administrative agent if the DG is not issued within this time limit. I have been specifically waiting for the UE Koper since autumn 2018. Application submitted on 5.9.2018. Totally unacceptable!
