Hello. Why is it necessary to download a pdf from the e-administration when the certificate expires, take it in person to the administrative unit, where someone enters the content back into the computer? Don't you think it is better that the user just digitally submits and signs the renewal request in the e-administration, given that the certificate is still valid (we get a warning 30 days before expiry)? I understand that personal identification is required for the first application, but this is certainly not the case for the renewal of an existing certificate.
