I think that, following the example of the Scandinavian countries, we should allow customers to have their photographs taken for their identity documents at administrative offices. The cost of the camera would soon be reimbursed (we could apply for European funding for the purchase) and people would be provided with a complete service. The photo would be "up to date" and the camera settings would be such that people would not have to be sent back because of errors in the photo. The customer would not physically receive the photo because it would be transmitted directly to the computer of the official issuing the identity document. This would bring us even closer to the slogan: "One stop shop". Greetings.
