Two weeks ago I submitted what I consider to be a complete application for a building permit to UE Koper (I waited 7 months for consents, of which certain consents were not granted at all). Now the UE has told me that I will have to wait at least another 10 months for my application to be processed. So the legal provisions are already being systematically violated at administrative level, and while the new building law extends the time limit to 60 days, it is unacceptable that it takes so long to process an application. Where is my legal protection and who will cover my potential costs due to these complications, rent increases, service price increases, etc.?
