The newly adopted General Law on Construction is intended to shorten and simplify the procedures for obtaining a building permit, and the mandatory annex to the application for a building permit for a non-complex building is a depiction of the building on the land cadastral survey. According to the GURS offices, it is only possible to collect the printout in person at any of the units, only during office hours, the printout takes one minute and costs € 3.00.
Why is it not possible to print out the land registry parcel online in the digital age?
For our company and for most of our clients, a personal pick-up means a 40 km drive, parking in the centre of Ljubljana and at least 1.5 hours of busy work for an employee who could have done something more productive in the meantime.
