I wanted to make an identity card for my 8-year-old daughter at the administrative unit. I took my child to school and went to the administrative unit myself during work hours. In principle, everything OK, no crowds, I pay the parking fee, I'm on my way. I tell them what I want, and then shock. An 8-year-old child has to be physically present to sign? Why is that necessary?
