As a private individual with a business, I have encountered an administrative obstacle. In order to provide services with the State, I also need a digital certificate, which I had to go to the FURS in person to obtain. I have already raised the question why I cannot obtain such a digital certificate at a physical VEM point or at the UE. I could also sign a contract for the management of the digital certificate with an authorised person, either at the UE or at a VEM point.
