I believe that, like in the neighbouring country of Italy, Slovenia should legislate to define regions or narrower geographical areas that would condition when milk produced in these areas can be advertised as 'Apulian milk'. Milk coming from Dolenjska, for example, and put into packaging that states that it is Alpine milk is no less misleading to the consumer than if the product packaging advertises that the vegetable oil contains no cholesterol. The State must protect the average consumer and legislate against any misleading practice in food labelling. Regards!
