Someone receives social assistance and is therefore entitled to pay supplementary insurance, compulsory insurance, an RTV contribution and probably something else, I don't know exactly. Social assistance is about €250! If that someone gets a temporary job, let's say for one month because of an increase in the volume of work in a company, and after one month he is laid off because of a reduction in work, that worker (who got minimum wage + commuting) is not entitled to social assistance for three (3) months afterwards, and is not entitled to pay insurance and so on.So in 3 months such a worker receives social benefits of approx. €750 and is entitled to pay bills of at least €50 per month, which is €150 in 3 months, so approx. €900 in 3 months. If he/she gets a job and receives €620 net, should he/she then spread this money over 3 months and pay all the insurance and the like on top of it? Why is he not immediately entitled to social assistance in this case?
