On the ZPIZ website https://www.zpiz.si/cms/?ids=content&inf=28 under OTHER I found and filled in the PDF form 'Application for a pensioner card'. I filled in the document with the required information and saved it on my computer. I logged into the 'My eZPIZ' online application with my digital certificate in the good faith that I would be able to submit it easily. Unfortunately, the application does not provide for the submission of other documents that are not present in the drop-down menu of document types. I do not see any obstacle to this and I suggest that the EHIF should allow the user of this application to add other 'typed' documents in electronic format - with a digital certificate (PDF, MS Word or graphical scan of the document -.jpg,.png...) up to a certain size. It would be logical that typed documents whose issuer is ZPIZ are enabled by default. In this way, the user would be able to follow the procedure concerning the submitted documents on one website and could also receive the replies - decisions of ZPIZ concerning the submitted applications also by e-mail (Principle of economy of procedure).
