I propose to amend the Motor Vehicles Act, which is unlivable for vehicle owners who do not have a driving licence, as they cannot register their car at all. For us vehicle owners who for various reasons do not have a driving licence, the law is utterly unviable, as the registration process requires the registration of the vehicle's user on the vehicle registration certificate, which is pointless and an unnecessary procedural hurdle. I propose to amend the law in this part.
