We are a transport company that has perceived an administrative barrier to our activities. Namely, when we register a new person (insured person) in the compulsory insurance, we also collect the decision on registration in the compulsory social insurance through this system.
As we also need the health number of the insured person for our activity, we propose that this number be added to the decision. At present, the solution is to contact the Health Insurance Fund (ZZZS) after collecting the decision in order to obtain this additional information, which can be very time-consuming.
