Current situation: the procedure is that the s.p. first registers for insurance full-time and then applies to the Centre for Social Work (CSD) for parental care rights (part-time). After obtaining the rights from the CSD, the s.p. must apply to the CSD for parental care rights.p. shall arrange the 005 insurance for the appropriate number of hours in accordance with the right granted, which he/she shall do by deregistering from full-time employment and re-registering for part-time employment, taking into account the date from which he/she was granted the right at the CSD in accordance with the provision issued.
Proposed solution: We propose to relieve the self-employed entrepreneur by providing that, after the CSD has recognised the right, the procedure for cancelling the previous full-time registration and the new part-time registration is to be carried out ex officio by the Health Insurance Institute on the basis of the CSD decision.
