We propose that the Ministry of Culture publicly publishes on its website, under the information DISCLOSURES, EVIDENCE AND REGISTERS, the register of individuals with the professional title of conservator (Article 103 of the ZVKD), which is a condition for the preparation of conservation plans for cultural heritage objects. This would make it easier for owners to find a suitable expert. At the same time, we propose to make public a register of individuals with the professional title of conservator and spatial planner, which is a prerequisite for drawing up conservation plans for the renovation of cultural heritage sites. The municipalities preparing the documents would be able to obtain information that is currently unavailable due to lack of publicity. The publication could be structured in the same way as the publication of the register of freelance journalists.
