I propose that the number of days of leave be limited to a reasonable limit, as has been mentioned several times, to 35 days. This would automatically reduce the backlog of cases (judges also take 70 days' leave), reduce health expenditure (doctors also take more than 40 days' leave) and, in short, bring order to the civil service. I suggest that additional leave, e.g. a maximum of 5 days, could be given to workers as a reward for good work instead of performance, which has been lacking for quite some time.
