Dear Sir or Madam. We have a number of employees who are citizens of Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina or some other third country and we would like to direct our employees to the Slovenian language training (ZIP) provided by the Ministry of the Interior. The procedure at the moment is that each employee would have to be directed to go in person to the administrative unit where he or she is registered as a resident, obtain a certificate and forward it to us, and then we would arrange the training dates with the educational institutions. My suggestion is that since they are employed by us, this already means that they have either temporary or permanent residence in Slovenia and are therefore eligible for training, that we as the employer should provide (to whom?) the information and instead of them obtain certificates of eligibility and then direct them to the training courses? This would save the employees travelling, but at the same time we could take on the cost of €22.60 per employee, which would otherwise have to be borne by the employee. I would ask for an answer as soon as possible, if this would be possible and how? Thank you, kind regards
