I propose to repeal or amend the law that provides for the employment of the owner of a one-person company.  Today, both the DURS and the owners of one-person companies themselves have major problems. As a result, we owners of one-person companies have higher costs and a lot of unnecessary administration (instead of one REK1 form, two forms have to be submitted - REK1 and OPSVL form).  It is complete nonsense that when you change a company into a multi-person company (99% owner 1 and 1% owner 2) everything is immediately different or the same as before. I do not understand why the law treats owners of one-person companies as criminals who want to evade taxes or do not want to pay taxes and contributions.  I do not understand why there are so many different forms for paying employment contributions.  Instead of making it harder and harder for entrepreneurs to do business by introducing new laws, the government should focus its resources on adapting legislation to control offenders. Of course, I expect inspectors to be 'lifers' and not debt collectors.
