I have registered my ODD (personal supplementary work) under the law. I help people harvest cereals and buckwheat on small areas. So my ODD falls under the category of contractors, then there are pickers and artists. Contractor: 1st category ODD, one who does some work and invoices for it (under A in the list of works), Gatherer: 2nd category ODD, they collect forest fruits and herbs and sell them (under B in the list of works), Artist: 3rd category ODD, they make jewellery products and paintings (under B in the list of works). The nature of my work is that I change many employers and only for a few hours a year. The law says that any employer who calls in a contractor must obtain a valuation for that contractor. And the evaluation card is valid for one month. But in my ODD, I change 50 employers in a few months, as long as the harvest season lasts. The first problem is to get the valuation. I have tried to obtain one myself. Unsuccessfully at the first attempt. On the second attempt, I registered as a collector beforehand and went hunting for this paper. It took two hours, and another hour at the Health Insurance Fund, a total of three hours. And then I was supposed to send people to the UE so that I could help them for two hours to harvest a small field or garden that they had sown with cereals. And one more thing. I was at the UE a week before the end of the month and I could not get a month's worth of tickets in advance. My proposal is that performers should be able to obtain a value ticket on the same terms as pickers and artists, and for six months in advance. That way I will not have to waste precious time at the UE every month. And that way, there will be more invoices to write and more tax to pay. In the opposite case, I can't even write the invoices, because I would be committing an offence against my employer and myself.
