Dear Sir or Madam. In order to delete the prohibition of alienation in the Deed of Gift (on the death of the parents), it is necessary to provide an official certificate of the last residence when submitting an extract from the register of deceased persons. Why? The statement shows the last address of residence, but if the local community has changed street names and this has not been recorded in the Deed Registry, only notaries are able to serve this purpose. I suggest that every citizen should report this obvious change free of charge.
