Dear Sir or Madam, I suggest that written or electronic notification of the expiry of income (child allowances and other income) and documents (identity cards, driving licences, etc.) should be implemented. For example, paper could be charged at a rate of 50 cents (paper and postage costs), but electronically at nothing. The fact is that a family loses a lot by a month's delay, and this would help, because we know that in today's time and financial constraints, timely information about the expiry of a right or a document helps us a lot.
