The implementation of a final judgment by which the labour court ordered the employer to rehire an employee who, after having illegally terminated his employment contract, applied to the Employment Service of the Republic of Slovenia and received unemployment benefits, the rehire being for the period from__ to__ , is linked to the prior obtaining of interrelated decisions or rulings from several public institutions (ZPIZ, ZRSZ, ZZZS). After two months, the employer was only able to obtain a decision from the ZPIZ that "the procedure for establishing the insured person's characteristics shall be suspended pending a decision by the ZRSZ regarding the worker's entitlement to unemployment benefit".
