Arrangements for issuing A1 forms.
In my experience, the Regional Unit of ZZZS Maribor has a non-transparent and incomprehensible "system", if it can even be called that, of issuing A1 forms.
The application or questionnaire itself is ridiculous, with the words 'EMPLOYER QUESTIONNAIRE' and 'Annex 1' in the right-hand corner.
It is not known that it is a questionnaire for the issue of the A1 form, and even when you search on the Internet it is impossible to find it, because you have to search as 'EMPLOYEES' questionnaire', and if you include A1 or enter A1 in the search engine on the ZZZS website, there are no hits.
Even if you find this questionnaire, you can only guess that it is a questionnaire for the issue of the A1 form. The reference to "Annex 1" is certainly not helpful, as it is not an annex.
In view of the above, I suggest an electronic option for filling in the questionnaire.
Transparent, with a login option, which of course makes it possible not to have to keep re-writing basic company details etc. At the same time, we reduce costs by eliminating the printing of 3 sheets and writing things that I would expect to be on the records these days.
