I would like to make a suggestion regarding the simplified form of the electronic application for reduced kindergarten fees, which I have already used and forwarded to the competent CSD. The idea and the implementation itself seem very good to me, but I would suggest an amendment in that the software itself would send a printout of the application to the sender's e-mail address. This way, the applicant would be able to check what he/she has sent after submission and, if necessary, print it out. At the moment, the option is just to print out a receipt of the application, but not the content itself, which can be helpful in case of any further questions from CSD workers (at least that's the impression I got). Otherwise, I welcome the simplifications in dealing with the state and I wish there were more e-applications of this kind, literally in all areas, including e-elections for all elected positions.
