Hello. Despite the fact that under the resolved initiatives (http://www.stopbirokraciji.si/ze-realizirani-ukrepi/, XIII.., labour law area), the document Real.measures_DP_2013.doc for the labour law area, under No. 1 - Communication of absences via modern telecommunication channels, specifies that the recruitment plan shall agree on the method of receiving invitations, referrals, notifications and other documents for the purpose of drawing up the recruitment plan, invitations to provide services or to be included in an EAP measure, and on the method of transmitting the required replies, proposals and communications to the institution or concessionaire by at least one of the listed methods: - by post, at the address of residence, - by e-mail, - by telephone by SMS or MMS, - via the single jobseeker information area; or - via the call centre of the institute or the concessionaire, on 07.03.2016 I informed the advisor at ZRSZ Maribor by e-mail about the planned absence of the unemployed person between 11.3. and 23.3.2016. On the same day I received a reply by e-mail "Dear. If you wish to be fully exempted from active job search during the above mentioned period, you must personally sign the employment plan beforehand." I do not know why I have to wait in line at the office again just to sign, when the authority has already been informed in good time and with substance. Why I am not told in writing the day and time when I have to be there just to sign, which takes a few seconds (the Job Plan is not changed in any way). Does this mean that this measure is not implemented?
