Hello. I have informed my personal advisor by email (with a qualified digital certificate) that I have started using a new email address instead of gmail. She sent a request from me to the new e-mail address that I should come to the ZRSZ to sign and officially register this change at the premises of the state body. I waited in line for an hour to inform a completely different consultant (mine was excused) of the new e-mail address and another 10 minutes to (due to the slowness of the Internet connection) have my signature on the digital plate confirmed. Are officials no longer allowed to write an "official acknowledgement of receipt of notification" and embed it in my "dossier" in the form of a digital e-mail attachment ? If they are unemployed just so that the employees of the Office have crowds and queues, then the procedure is completely misguided. Even the notification sent by e-mail to the Employment Agency about the intended absence due to a short trip (3-4 days) abroad must be signed beforehand and again waiting in queues, in the \"holy book\", which the Institute calls the Employment Plan of the jobseeker.
