Hello. Some time ago I became the owner of a property, the contract was signed in front of a notary and the ownership was registered in the Land Registry. The old owner was assessed the compensation for the use of the building land, as I was not informed that it is necessary to report the change of ownership to the Department of Real Estate Management of the MOL within 30 days after the change of ownership. It seemed quite natural to me that this and similar departments in the information age automatically obtain such information from the Land Registry. Since this is clearly not happening, I suggest that such a practice be introduced.
