The managers of multi-apartment buildings are run by the larger municipalities. The municipalities enter the address of the building and the manager into a computer and issue a decision. The Geodetic Administration also keeps track of the building manager, but for a part of the building (when, building number, building part number). The problem is that the data is therefore not linkable, so the managers have to report each part of the building they are manager of to the Geodetic Administration as well, which is extra bureaucracy.
