I propose a new one-stop service - setting a date for the wedding and ordering new documents (usually for a woman who changes her surname). The woman could already announce the change of surname and order new documents when registering for the marriage. Once the civil union is registered in the civil registry, the production of the documents would be automatically triggered (or handed over by the registrar immediately after the marriage). The proposal is modelled on the Estonian procedure. We have competed successfully with the Estonians in the past, will we do so in the future?
