Here, someone who wants to get a tattoo has to have been to cosmetology school. That is impossible. They teach absolutely nothing to do with tattooing in cosmetology school. Anyone who wants to get a tattoo, however, has to find out about several tattooists and their work and their prices. So I think that someone who wants to do this job should get an NPK with proof of their knowledge.
