Explanation:
1. all data are already publicly available today by means of complicated manual search methods.
2. Companies pay for the publication of their annual reports on AJPES.
3. It is very complicated to manually check all customers on a daily basis for publications in insolvency proceedings.
Technique suggestion: To avoid investments in software and hardware, the data should be converted into XML files, signed with a certificate guaranteeing authenticity and the date, time of production, and deposited in a publicly accessible place. Alternatively, they can be deposited on one of the public servers (dropbox, onedrive, google drive ....)
