Practically all summonses, as well as pre-enforcement notices, never contain traceability information to the original document. Due to the size of our company, it is so impossible to easily link the correspondence to the official file from the documents received. In fact, the payment of such requests is always posted to the location of the inspection. Therefore, in all such cases, we have no choice but to waste valuable time and contact the FURS or the competent authority (usually the inspectorate) looking for information on the date and location of the inspection, the case number or other information. The absence of such information on such letters results in an unnecessary waste of time to find out what the reason for the claim is in the first place, as well as where the charge should be booked.
