Notifying the reconciliation of maintenance received by the person paying maintenance and the person receiving it when the reconciliation is EUR 0.00 is pointless and is just extra work for civil servants and a waste of public finances. I suggest that the law should stipulate that the notification should only be sent if the reconciliation actually occurs.
