All concessionaires and companies that exercise public powers should have access to public databases to carry out their tasks, but not that the public company http://www.snaga-mb.si/ sends me for a certificate of joint household (Wednesday, 29.07.2015) to change the garbage container and I unnecessarily burden the workers at the Maribor Administrative Unit. Or let them be provided with the necessary information by those who have granted them the concessions-authorisation to work. I was told that since 1.7.2015 it is a legal requirement that if a user wants to exchange a 240 litre bin for a smaller one (129 l), he/she must bring a Certificate of Joint Household.
I suggest that in such cases companies obtain information from officially accessible records.
