We have an employee who has been on sick leave since November 2013. On 20.2.2015, complete work and medical documentation was delivered to the ZPIZ. On 20.7.2015 a decision of ZPIZ was issued that the insured person is classified in the 1st category of disability due to the consequences of the illness and is entitled to an invalidity pension as of 1.4.2015. The decision becomes final 15 days from the date of notification. On 24.7.2015 we cannot de-register him because the ZZZS does not have any information. In addition, we pay every month to the Public Guarantee, Maintenance and Disability Fund a contribution for the disabled below the quota, which we are not actually obliged to pay according to this decision. Please give me your opinion or whether we have any other option than legal action.Thank you.
