Why is it necessary to publish an offer for the purchase of agricultural land at the administrative unit if I, as the buyer, am purchasing a plot of 1358 m2 on which a residential house with a final building permit is standing? The entire plot is zoned partly as built-up residential land and partly as agricultural land. Of the 1358 m2, 258 m2 is agricultural land. In my opinion, this is a completely unnecessary procedure, or it just makes the sale more difficult and unnecessarily protracted. It requires quite a few unnecessary decisions and approvals. Specifically, we are just at the stage of buying, but the EU wants to put the notice on the notice board and the whole procedure as if we were buying agricultural land.
