Dear Sir or Madam. Yesterday I deregistered my old vehicle, which was first registered in 2011. At that time I was claiming a refund of motor vehicle tax (three children). In doing so, I was banned from selling the vehicle for three years (otherwise there is an obligation to repay the refund) in the motor vehicle registration register. The obligation expired at the beginning of 2014. Yesterday, however, I was informed by the authorised vehicle registration contractor Krka d.o.o., PE Postojna, that although I can de-register the vehicle, the buyer will not be able to register the vehicle until I request the deletion of the endorsement from the UE. The endorsement is still visible in the register without any explanation. This seems absurd to me as the obligation ceased at the beginning of 2014 and is no longer relevant. Is this a case of misinterpretation by the company's clerk or of completely unnecessary bureaucracy? I do not want the agent selling the vehicle or the new buyer to have problems on this account. I look forward to hearing from you.
