We propose a simpler and cheaper way of obtaining a use permit for bungalows whose purpose is intended as a tourist accommodation. Anyone who wants to rent out a bungalow must obtain a use permit, which of course can be obtained if they have the appropriate DG, but the cost is enormous, more than €5,000. The largest part of the cost is for the designer's services, who draws up a Project of the works carried out, a new survey, acceptance, etc. These costs are thus considerably too high if we want a large number of owners to opt for this type of offer. All bungalows built after 1967 need an Occupancy Permit. In this respect, we propose that this limit be raised to at least 1991. All brick houses built in 1991 that do not constitute a gross disturbance of the space (within the permitted dimensions or with a maximum deviation of 10%) automatically obtain a use permit.Given that brick houses are simple structures, we propose that they could obtain a use permit only on the basis of the presentation of a building permit, as is the case for a residential house.
