Hello. Article 162(4) ZDR-1 A worker who has not worked a single hour in the workplace for a whole year, but has been on sick leave for the whole of the following year, is entitled to all the leave from the year in which he did not work, even for the following year. Leave is understood in layman's terms as recuperation from work, but in fact such a person then has more leave when he returns to work than those who work during the year. This creates resentment, negativity among workers. We propose a change so that in the case of no work (for whatever personal reason), there is no retrospective leave for the calendar year.
