Article 26 ZDR-1 We propose to amend the provision on exceptions to the conclusion of an employment contract without publication if the employer finds a suitable candidate among the applications or offers of employment received on a daily basis. In this case, compulsory publication is unnecessary red tape and delays the procedure for concluding the employment contract and starting work. In essence, the employer can decide for himself when he wants to check or inform all available, potential candidates on the market, and when the job is not such that this is necessary.
