I propose to introduce a different procedure for early recognition of paternity at the CSD. At the moment, the official opens a Word document on which the details of the person who has made the early acknowledgement (father and mother) are already printed out, and all the personal details of the previous couple were visible to me. The official erased this data before me and overwrote it with our data. Given the situation I find myself in, I can assure you that the CSD is violating the right to the protection of personal data. Why is it not possible to carry out this procedure electronically, via a national portal with a certificate?
