Why doesn't the state create a single account for all social contributions paid by entrepreneurs in 2015? In practice, this means creating 4 different UPN orders, paying a fee to the bank for each of them and wasting time. If someone deposits only a part of the amount, the amount paid would be distributed as a percentage among all the sub-accounts. Simple.
