Dear Sir or Madam, We have requested permission from the Ministry of Infrastructure to install a traffic mirror on the R1-225 national road because the visibility of the exit from the company car park onto the main road is obstructed by the protective fence of a private house. They request that the wall be demolished. The wall is not the property of the company and was erected by the then Road Company, which in return received about 300 qm of land in front of the house (on which the road now runs) and used this wall and fence to protect the house, which had an exit practically directly onto the road after the road was built. The metal fence has been removed by the owner and the wall will not be demolished as it was not built by the owner. I should also mention that this wall is the wall for the stairs and the edge for the pavement, and the stairs were also built by the Road Company at the time, because otherwise the residents would not have been able to enter the house. The owners of the house and the employees of the company do not understand how someone can make such a fool of himself, first seeking and obtaining consent to build a road right next to the house, then in return erecting a fence to protect private property from the impact of the road and the snow, and then, 50 years later, demanding that the owner tear down the fence. If we drive from the Enterprise to Celje, we can count at least 10 mirrors that have been erected at the exits of private houses that have planted a hedge around the house and the visibility is therefore reduced, so why should we, right here in our country, now have to tear down a wall that is a protection for the property? But 20 people drive to and from work every day. Can we really only demolish ? Greetings !
