Hello. A legal entity that amends the Basic Deed in which it changes its activities must notify the amendment to the Court Registry on the prescribed forms SPR - sheet 1-4. A legal entity that changes its principal activity or other relevant information - partners, directors, supervisors, etc. shall also notify the court. The court then enters it ex officio in the register kept by AJPES (or sends it there - I do not know the way). The problem is that some changes are not communicated or entered by the court and have to be communicated by the legal entity itself via the PRS form published by AJPES. So the changes have to be communicated to two institutions, even though they are cooperating and are linked. Given that the activities are entered manually, it would be necessary to consider how to enter the changes via the on-line form - so that the legal entity itself is registered, so that it does not become an additional cost of notary services (e.g. via the AJPES portal where most of us legal entities are already registered), and so that they are approved by the court, or so that they are all entered by one person only, either at the court or at the AJPES. It is also very likely that the court has to check the list of changes before it approves them, and therefore also the activities, and therefore there is a duplication of work.
