Hello. We are experiencing problems with the notification of biocidal products. Nowhere else in the other EU Member States do we need as many documents to notify a biocidal product as we do here. In other countries, a safety data sheet and a label are sufficient - here, we need a million papers, information about the active substance, in short, information that the company does not want to give us because it is confidential. Why can't a company from Germany, for example, which wants to sell a biocide in Slovenia, register it itself, but only provide us with a reference number (a claim also verified by the Office). The way to get a notification is (to put it briefly) to send a signed and half-blank application to the supplier. Then you can only hope that they sort out the application and do not abuse the situation.
